I recommend a Castel Starmina Merlot, or a Castel Bolovanu Cabernet Sauvignon, or a "Fetească neagră" from the Recaş winnery, or a Prince Mircea Merlot

"Castel" in Romanian is translated into English as "castle".

No, that's all, thank you

Nu, asta e tot, mulţumesc

/nu | 'as.ta je tot mul.t͡su'mesk

It is important to remember that in Romanian "aperitiv" means most of the time a "starter" rather than an alcoholic drink served before a meal as an appetizer. Another translation of "starter" in Romanian is "gustare". The "aperitiv" or "gustare" is a cold dish, typically made of slices of cheese, yellow cheese, meet (most of the times salami like), vegetables, etc.

Now that the most difficult part is done (the ordering), you are ready to eat, so let's see what would a waiter say while bringing your order to the table.

i.e. is there rice ?
or
do you have orange juice?

multumesc!

Salut,
